Can I get a demo?

Demonstrations can be arranged in two ways: 1) via an online session together, or 2) lending of system (this may incur costs to you and is assessed on a case by case request).

What kind of support do I get?

We offer Consultancy Services as well as Supplied Solution Services. These will be charged separately from your systems purchase.

Will you help us integrate?

Integrating solutions is one of our companies key foundations, we are happy to help you integrate your packaged solution.

What type of warranty do you offer?

All of our equipment is covered by a minimum Manufacturer’s Warranty as well as protections in Australia legislated by law for consumers. In addition we do 1st & 2nd level support with higher level support requirement supplied through us from our channel partners.

Many of our systems come with an active swap-out program (this can be purchased at the time of order). The way this works is simple – should your unit become faulty, we’ll gladly send you a replacement (as long as you are within the warranty period). The only request we make is that you send us the faulty unit back. We will look after the rest of the warranty for you.

What type of security does your systems have?

Our systems come with industry leading encryption and any system supplied by Rising Connection always has all known default logins and access paths changed, except where requested by the client. We highly discourage the use of Port Forwarding in publicly facing routers, in preference for a Secure VPN (Virtual Private Network) connection.

Environmental life cycle?

We are happy to receive back systems we have previously sold that have reached their end of life. We then organise for these systems to go to environmental recycling, removing (where possible) any security sensitive data.

In addition, when we replace equipment on site, we will remove the old equipment for disposal in the same manner.

In some cases when we receive equipment back, after it has been securely wiped, it may be held as spares or refurbished units, to help support our team in better supporting our community of customers.

What are the systems do you use?

We use a variety of systems from different manufacturers. In order to help protect our customers and their clients, we do not publish details on these systems. If there is something in particular that you’d like to know or have questions about regarding our support, feel free to drop us a line.
